This conveyor operates via a driveshaft that runs the full length, transmitting power to rollers using a drive spool and belt, allowing for product accumulation with minimal back pressure when back pressure is applied. It is ideal for conveying light loads, up to 15 lbs per roller, at speeds of 25 to 120 feet per minute, making it suitable for applications in distribution and warehousing, food packaging, and parcel handling within clean, dry, and oil-free environments. The conveyor is 3 feet long and has a 22-inch frame between centers, featuring 1.9-inch diameter, 16-gauge galvanized rollers on 3-inch centers, a 1 HP motor operating at 115VAC single phase, and a non-reversing variable speed controller.
