The Omni Metalcraft powered belt curve conveyor is engineered to transport products of varying sizes and shapes while ensuring proper product orientation. It features a durable black PVC belt suitable for light-duty package handling and operates effectively in rough, abrasive environments. The conveyor is constructed with a 10-gauge rolled, welded, and painted steel frame and slider bed. The standard conveying speed is 60 (± 5) FPM non-reversing, as measured at the centerline radius. It includes permanent leg supports adjustable for a 34" to 38" conveying surface height, tapered and lagged drive and tail pulleys, and sealed and pre-lubricated mounted bearings. The totally enclosed motor operates on 115/230V, 60Hz single-phase power, and is accompanied by a 10 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. The drive motor is positioned at the discharge (exit) end to effectively pull products through the curve. An optional variable speed motor is available, offering speeds from 12 to 60 (± 5) FPM. The conveyor is available in left-hand (counterclockwise) and right-hand (clockwise) configurations, with the latter indicated by a curve suffix (R). Additional options for outside radii, belt widths, and voltages can be provided upon request.
