The Acid Corrosive Cabinet is a manual close double door unit designed to hold up to 60 gallons, with dimensions of 34"W x 34"D x 65"H. Constructed from all welded, double-walled 18 gauge steel featuring a 1-1/2" air space, it includes dual 2" diameter capped vents equipped with flame arrestors. The cabinet's doors are double-walled, consisting of 14 gauge on the outside and 18 gauge on the inside. It features heavy-duty 4" welded hinges with brass pins and 3-point locking doors for enhanced security. The flush mounted, grip padded handle adds convenience, while galvanized steel shelves capable of supporting 350 lbs each can be adjusted on 2-1/2" centers. The cabinet comes with polyethylene tray liners for each shelf and the bottom sump, and a ground connection to dissipate static charge. It is designed with 2" leak-proof doorsills and adjustable leveling feet. The acid corrosive models are finished with a blue powder coat and comply with NFPA and OSHA requirements, and are FM approved. The manual close doors open to a full 180 degrees.
