The Global™ stackable acid corrosive cabinets feature a manual close door with a 6-gallon capacity, designed for compact chemical storage that can easily stack on top of other safety cabinets for increased storage capacity. Constructed from all welded, double wall 18 gauge steel for superior strength, the cabinet doors utilize 18 gauge interior and 14 gauge exterior steel, enhancing strength and fire protection. The double wall steel construction includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space. This chemical safety cabinet meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid storage code #30 and OSHA standards for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids. It is equipped with dual 2" flame arrestor air vents that can connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures, a built-in grounding connector, and adjustable rubber capped leveling feet. The doors are fitted with a self-latching mechanism that engages a 3-point locking system without handle rotation, while a highly visible trilingual warning sign on the door alerts personnel to potential danger. Heavy duty 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins enhance security, and the flush paddle handle prevents accidental catching or banging. The hazardous chemical storage cabinet features a 2" leak-proof door sill and a polyethylene tray liner to contain leaks, finished with a blue powder coat and radius edges for added safety. Please note that the manual close door will not close automatically, and the cabinet is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
