The Server Hot Topping Warmer with Pump is a thermostatically controlled water bath warmer designed to maintain products at serving temperature. Constructed of durable stainless steel, it includes a pump to facilitate dispensing. The unit is equipped with a precalibrated thermostat that accurately senses food temperature and activates a 500 watt heating element as necessary to prevent burning or scorching. It is compatible with a #10 can (of topping) or a 3 quart (2.8 L) stainless steel jar (#242813), which is not included. Additionally, the warmer features a stainless steel pump with capture valve balls to minimize loss and a water fill line to prevent overflow accidents.
