The Server Twin Warmer with Pumps features twin stainless steel water-bath warmers equipped with individual thermostats and power switches for each well. With adjustable thermostats that sense food temperature, each 500-watt heating element turns on or off as needed, thereby eliminating the risk of burning or scorching. This model includes two stainless steel pumps that dispense directly from a #10 can or a 3-quart (2.8 L) stainless steel jar (not included). The maximum portion size is 1 ounce (30 mL), which can be reduced in increments of 7 mL using the supplied gauging collars, with standard black knobs. The product is constructed from stainless steel and features adjustable, precalibrated thermostats for accurate heat control, as well as water fill lines to prevent overflow accidents.
