The Fudge Server is a thermostatically controlled water bath warmer designed to hold products at serving temperature without the risk of burning or scorching. It is constructed of stainless steel and can ladle directly from a #10 can or stainless steel jar (#242813), which is not included. The unit is equipped with an adjustable, pre-calibrated thermostat that senses the food temperature and activates the heating element as required, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, it features a lift-off lid specifically shaped to cover the ladle opening and protect the product. The kit also includes a 1 oz (30 ml) stainless steel ladle.
