The Server 83220 is a stainless steel pump designed specifically for a 7 quart (6.6 L) vegetable inset, allowing for efficient dispensing of thick and particulate condiments. This pump dispenses a 1 oz (30 ml) serving per stroke, with the capability to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 ml) increments by utilizing the supplied gauging collars. It comes with a standard black knob for ease of use. The vegetable inset shown is sold separately.
