The Server 8.000 is a stainless steel pump and lid designed to fit #10 cans. This stainless steel pump dispenses directly from a #10 can or a 3 quart (2.8 L) stainless steel jar (model #242813). The maximum portion per stroke is 1 ounce (30 ml), which can be adjusted in 1/8 ounce (3.7 ml) increments using the supplied gauging collars. The standard feature includes a black knob, and the pump is specifically designed to dispense thick and particulate condiments.
