This stainless steel pump is designed to dispense from a 1/6-size steam table pan, 6" (15 cm) deep with a 2.7 qt capacity. The pump dispenses a 1 oz (30 ml) serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 ml) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. A black knob is standard. The pump is capable of dispensing thick and particulate condiments. Steam table pan shown is sold separately.
