Energy Star in-line range hood exhaust fans AXC in-line duct fans are designed for residential, commercial, and light industrial ventilation applications, featuring a quiet and efficient backward-curved impeller capable of developing significant pressure. The in-line configuration simplifies installation, with sizes ranging from 4" to 14" and airflows from 147 CFM to 1400 CFM. Key attributes include heavy-gauge, drawn steel housing with a baked epoxy finish, 120V operation with options for other voltages, and easy-to-install mounting brackets. Fans may be mounted in any position and can supply or exhaust air, suitable for temperatures up to 140 F / 60 C. Optional features include speed controllability with solid state speed control, pre-wiring with a 120V power cord (AXC-C), and an exceptionally quiet BC centrifugal motorized impeller. The external rotor motor design promotes superior motor cooling and durability, while the permanently lubricated ball bearing motor ensures maintenance-free operation.
