Gravity flow levels pallet rack flow retrofits your pallet rack to a carton flow rack in moments, featuring clips that allow installation to any teardrop pallet rack or uprights with 2" centers and slotted openings of 7/16" minimum. This gravity flow level enables the addition of more products in half the space, increasing productivity and workflow by enhancing ease of reach and minimizing travel. The knockdown levels easily bolt together and include 4 hanging clips per level for simple height adjustments. Smooth front beams accept sticker labels for identification, while Kenrail roller tracks are constructed from 22 gauge inverted channel steel and include 7/8" diameter rollers on 1" centers. Furthermore, 22 gauge roll-formed steel guide rails adjust at 1" increments for lane adjustments, with levels including 12 Kenrail and 5 guide rails. The system allows for 1" height adjustments and supports a capacity of 25 lbs. per square foot, suitable for use on 42" and 48" deep pallet racks.
