The Gravity Flow Racks Starter Rack enhances productivity and workflow by improving ease of reach and includes various essential components. The kit comprises four hanging clips per level for simple height adjustments, and the smooth front beams are designed to accept sticker labels for easy identification. The Kenrail roller tracks are constructed from 22 gauge inverted galvanized steel channel, featuring 7/8" diameter rollers on 1-1/2" centers. Additionally, the 22 gauge roll-formed galvanized steel guide rails are adjustable in 1" increments for lane modifications. Each gravity flow rack consists of four levels, vertical upright frames, and sway braces, with the 11 gauge formed steel uprights incorporating slots for shelf adjustments. The 16 gauge steel sway braces contribute to the overall rigidity of the structure. Shelf frames are rated for a load capacity of 25 lb. per square foot, while the 96W models include 14 Kenrail roller tracks and six guide rails per level. Add-on units are designed with one less upright frame to facilitate easy attachment to the starter rack. The product also adheres to relevant compliance standards and regulations.
