Gravity flow levels pallet rack retrofits your pallet rack to a carton flow rack in moments. The kit includes clips for installation on any tear drop pallet rack or uprights with 2" centers and slotted openings of 7/16" minimum. This gravity flow level optimizes space by allowing more products to be stored in half the space, thereby increasing productivity and workflow through enhanced ease of reach and reduced travel. The knockdown levels easily bolt together and come with 4 hanging clips per level for convenient height adjustments. Smooth front beams are designed to accept sticker labels for easy identification. Kenrail roller tracks are constructed from 22 gauge inverted channel steel and feature 7/8" diameter rollers positioned on 1" centers. Additionally, 22 gauge roll-formed steel guide rails can be adjusted in " increments for lane adjustments. Each level includes 12 Kenrail and 5 guide rails, with clips allowing for 1" height adjustments. The system supports a capacity of 25 lb. per sq. ft. and is compatible with 84" and 96" deep pallet racks.
