The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner is designed to position loads with maximum efficiency and ergonomic safety, accommodating weights from 1 pound to 3,500 pounds while allowing full height adjustability. It features a lowered height of 6-1/2 inches for easy access and a raised height of 32-1/2 inches (plus pallet height) suitable for various applications. The 43-inch diameter rotating top provides accessibility without excessive movement. Powered by a high-performance electric 1-1/2 HP motor operating on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit, it includes Zerk fittings on camrollers and pivot points for easy servicing, and a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that can run for 15 minutes every hour. The positioner is equipped with trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access, Teflon seals that enhance cylinder life and allow for faster stroke speeds, and a 360-degree rotating top with heavy-duty cam rollers and exclusive Roto-bearings. The cylinders feature internal stops with hard chrome-plated, polished shafts, and the surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel. Additional specifications include an integral gear pump with check valve, relief valve, solenoid valve, a smooth steel top with safety strips, a 10-foot power cord (connector not included), a NEMA constant pressure control box, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, an internally mounted motor, and it comes complete with hydraulic oil and filter.
