The Max-Double Long is a robust two scissor lift system designed for applications requiring extended load support, featuring a double long scissor design to prevent damage and ensure safety with extreme overhangs. It accommodates top lengths ranging from 8 to 16 feet, with options for custom lengths and widths. The system is powered by an internally mounted 1.5 HP TENV Super Torque motor, operating at 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty, and utilizes a 115V operating control voltage. Key features include a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed push button control station with a 10-foot straight or coiled cord, UL and CSA compliant controller components, cylinders with internal stops, and a 10-foot power cord (connector not included). Safety is prioritized with integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. The prewired control box encompasses a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, complemented by hard chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods. The surfaces are treated for durability, finished in safety yellow and blue enamel, and include a smooth steel top marked with yellow and black safety strips. The hydraulic system features an internal gear pump with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the kit includes hydraulic oil and a filter.
