The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner is designed to facilitate optimal workload positioning for enhanced ergonomics and efficiency, accommodating loads between 1 pound and 3,500 pounds. It features a lowered height of 6-1/2" for easy access and a raised height of 32-1/2" (plus pallet height), suitable for a variety of applications. The 43" diameter top rotates smoothly, allowing the operator to access products without stretching. Powered by a high-performance 1-1/2 HP electric motor that operates on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit, the work positioner includes Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor for medium to high cycle applications, and trapped rollers secured with ‘Lift-Lok’ for maintenance access. The design incorporates Teflon seals for reduced friction, internal stops in hydraulic cylinders, hard chrome plated and polished shafting, and a safety-enhanced smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips. The system includes an integral gear pump with a check valve, relief valve, solenoid valve, a 10-foot power cord (connector not included), a NEMA constant pressure control box with magnetic backing, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and an internally mounted motor. Additionally, it comes with hydraulic oil and a filter included in the package.
