The Max-Double Long scissor lift system features a double long scissor design essential for handling very long loads safely, enhancing edge, side, and maximum load capacities through the addition of an extra set of scissor arms. This model is built into one frame assembly and offers tops ranging from 8 to 16 feet, with custom lengths and widths available. It includes an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor, operating on a 115V control voltage, with NEMA constant pressure. The control system features a magnet backed up-and-down push button control station with a 10-foot straight or coiled cord, and all components comply with UL and/or CSA specifications. Additional attributes comprise cylinders with internal stops, a 10-foot power cord (connector not included), integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA - 1 controls and electrical connectors. The control box includes a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. For durability, it is equipped with hard, chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods, surfaces are degreased, descaled, and finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, while the smooth steel top features yellow and black safety strips. The internal hydraulic system includes a gear pump with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the kit comes complete with hydraulic oil and a filter.
