The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner efficiently positions loads from 1 pound up to 3,500 pounds, offering flexibility for ergonomically safe operation. It features a lowered height of 6-1/2" for easy access to the top layer of product and a raised height of 32-1/2" (plus pallet height) suitable for various applications. The 43" diameter top rotates easily, minimizing the need for stretching or walking around. The positioner is powered by a high-performance electric 1-1/2 HP motor, operating on a standard 20 AMP 115 volt single-phase circuit and capable of 15 minutes of use every hour for medium and high cycle applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, trapped rollers for maintenance access, and Teflon seals that enhance cylinder life. The unit is also equipped with 360-degree rotating top with heavy-duty cam rollers, hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods with internal stops, and a smooth steel top finished with safety yellow and black stripes. It includes an integral gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves, a 10-foot power cord (connector not included), a NEMA constant pressure control box, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, an internally mounted motor, and comes complete with hydraulic oil and a filter.
