The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner is designed to allow operators to position loads conveniently and safely, accommodating weights from 1 pound up to 3,500 pounds without height change until desired. It features a lowered height of 6-1/2" for easy access to products and a raised height of 32-1/2" (plus pallet height), making it suitable for various applications. The work positioner includes a 43" diameter top that rotates effortlessly to provide access without the need for stretching or walking around. Its high-performance electric 1-1/2 HP motor operates on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute motor suitable for medium to high cycle applications, trapped rollers for maintenance access, Teflon seals for enhanced cylinder longevity, and heavy-duty cam rollers with exclusive Roto-bearings for 360-degree rotation. The hydraulic cylinders have internal stops and hard chrome plated, polished shafting. All surfaces are degreased, descaled, and coated with safety yellow and blue enamel. The positioner also has an integral gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves, a smooth steel top with safety strips, a 10-foot power cord (connector not included), a NEMA constant pressure control box with magnetic backing, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and an internally mounted motor. Additionally, it comes with hydraulic oil and a filter included in the package.
