The Max-M22/33 ergonomic scissor lift table features a robust design that combines the popular attributes of the Max-Lift premium lift table with an economical build, offering capacities of 2,200 or 3,300 lb. and 36" vertical travel. Available in four standard top sizes, with additional sizes upon request, this lift table includes a magnetic-backed control box with 10 feet of straight cord for operator convenience. Safety is enhanced through integral and retractable maintenance safety bars, providing a hard mechanical lower stop, while trapped rollers, secured by the 'Lift-Lok' system, facilitate maintenance access. The lift table is equipped with Teflon seals that reduce friction and extend the life of the cylinders, along with high-quality camrollers, pivot pins, and lifetime lubricated bearings. It features an internally mounted 1-1/2 HP 115 volt TENV motor, NEMA constant pressure, and a magnet backed up/down push button control station. The prewired NEMA - 1 controls and electrical connectors, along with a control box containing a contactor and control transformer, ensure smooth operation. The lift is built with hard chrome plated, polished shafting, and hydraulic cylinder piston rods, while the surface is degreased, descaled, and finished in safety yellow and blue. Additional components include a smooth steel top with safety stripes, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and an internal gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves, as well as hydraulic oil and filter included. The construction adheres to AWS standards and conforms to ANSI MH 29.1-1994.
