The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner is designed to place loads where the operator desires, ensuring flexibility for ergonomic safety and optimal efficiency. It can handle a load capacity ranging from 1 pound to 3,500 pounds, with a lowered height of 6-1/2 inches for easy access to the top layer of product and a raised height of 32-1/2 inches (plus pallet height) suitable for most applications. The work positioner features a 43-inch diameter rotating top, allowing easy access to products without the need for stretching or walking around. It is powered by a high-performance 1-1/2 HP electric motor that operates on a standard 20 AMP 115 volt single-phase circuit. Key features include regreasable Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for extended service life, intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, trapped rollers for easy maintenance, and Teflon seals that enhance cylinder life.
