The Coxreels EZ-SH-3100-HV is a 3/8" x 100' retractable hose reel designed for high visibility with a maximum pressure rating of 300 PSI, featuring the EZ-Coil® Safety Series. This hose reel is built on the SH Series "Super Hub™" framework, which includes a robust chassis and frame that accommodate longer hoses and larger diameters. The unique Super Hub™ dual axle support system enhances stability during operation, minimizes vibration, and reinforces the reel's structural integrity. The external fluid path features a solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet and nitrile swivel seals for optimal durability. It boasts a sturdy single pedestal design with a heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post, a 1" solid steel axle, and lubricated precision bearings for seamless rotation. The controlled retraction speed is up to 80% slower than traditional reels to ensure safe operation. Additionally, the enclosed, factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor is made of non-corrosive stainless steel, and the multi-position ratchet mechanism locks the hose securely in place. The hose reel is constructed from professional-grade heavy-duty steel and features a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, providing long-lasting performance. It is manufactured in the U.S.A. and comes with a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty. The swivel is designed for easy maintenance, allowing fast hose installation without removing the reel from its mount, while the EZ-Coil® system includes a lubricated and enclosed motor that is easily removable for convenient upkeep.
