The Coxreels EZ-TSH-3100-HV is a 3/8" x 100' 300 PSI EZ-Coil® Safety Series Spring Retractable Hose Reel featuring a high visibility hose. This reel is designed with a heavy-duty steel construction and an extra-large chassis equipped with dual pedestal-style arms and Coxreels' Super Hub™ for triple axle support, enhancing structural integrity and reducing vibration, making it suitable for off-road applications. It includes an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet and nitrile electro less nickel plated steel swivel on 1" models. The sturdy dual pedestal design features an adjustable guide arm for wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, with stainless steel rollers on 3/4" and 1" models. The reel is built with a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts, a 1" solid steel axle, and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The EZ-Coil® mechanism offers controlled retraction speed that is up to 80% slower, complemented by an enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor, a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, and a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism for secure hose length retention.
