The Coxreels EZ-TSH-450-HV is a 1/2"x50' 300 PSI EZ-Coil® Safety Series spring retractable hose reel designed with high visibility hose features. This professional-grade reel boasts a heavy-duty steel construction and is part of the Coxreels® T Series "Truck Mount" line, known for its durability in challenging conditions. The sturdy dual pedestal design incorporates Coxreels' exclusive Super Hub™, which enhances reliability through triple axle support while minimizing vibration. It includes an external fluid path with a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, and the swivel seals are made of nitrile electroless nickel plated steel on 1" models. The reel's guide arm adjusts to accommodate wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, providing versatility. Its robust structure features a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts, along with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth operation. The controlled retraction speed is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models, which are equipped with an enclosed factory-tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor. Additional features include rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength and safety, with the product under a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty.
