The Coxreels EZ-TSH-4100-HV is a 1/2" x 100' spring retractable hose reel designed for high visibility with a maximum pressure of 300 PSI. This professional-grade hose reel features a heavy-duty steel construction and is equipped with the exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system, enabling stability and reducing vibration during operation. The reel's external fluid path includes a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, ensuring simple seal maintenance and easy hose installation without needing to remove the reel from its mount. The guide arm is adjustable for wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, while the solid one-piece, heavy-gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts provide maximum strength. It also includes a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The EZ-Coil® feature allows for controlled retraction speed, which is up to 80% slower than standard models, and it is equipped with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and a zinc-plated ratchet multi-position lock mechanism that secures the hose at the desired length. The kit includes a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for additional strength and safety.
