The industrial electric horizontal unit heater is designed for space heating in factories, stores, warehouses, public buildings, workshops, or any exposed areas. It features easy installation and servicing, with the control box bottom hinging for convenient access to controls and wiring. Components such as the heating element, fan delay control, thermal cutout, motor, and fan are easily accessible without the need to dismount the heater. A threaded mounting hole at the top of the heater allows for attachment to the optional mounting bracket model 608032, sold separately. The heater is equipped with large, dynamically balanced fan blades for maximum airflow with minimal turbulence and noise, and it includes a totally enclosed motor with permanently lubricated bearings. The effective heat throws range from 16' to 38', and it is designed with an automatic fan delay and thermal cutout for added safety. The unit is finished in a polyester neutral gray powder coating and is UL & CUL listed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The heater comes with a 1 year limited warranty and is shipped from the factory wired for three-phase operation, with the option to convert to single-phase.
