The Abell-Howe® light duty floor crane (model 4S0003) has a capacity of 500 lb., featuring a 10' span and an 8' under beam height, making it ideal for use in manufacturing and assembly plants. This floor crane is designed for compatibility with hand chain or light duty electric hoists and is constructed with a heavy wall structural steel pipe mast along with a reinforced large diameter base plate to minimize deflection and ensure continuous alignment. The crane includes a rolled steel I-beam section with a tapered flange that provides smooth trolley travel. Safety end stops are provided at both ends of the boom to limit trolley movement. Additionally, the crane is finished with a high visibility yellow enamel coating and can be bolted to concrete foundations, although anchor bolts and templates are not included.
