The Abell-Howe® Light Duty Floor Crane (Model 4S0004) features a 500 lb. capacity, a 12' span, and an 8' under beam height, making it ideal for use in manufacturing and assembly plants. It is designed for compatibility with hand chain or light duty electric hoists. Constructed from heavy wall structural steel pipe, the crane includes a reinforced large diameter base plate to minimize deflection and ensure continuous alignment. The rolled steel I-beam section is equipped with a tapered flange to facilitate smooth trolley travel, while safety end stops at both ends of the boom prevent excessive trolley movement.
