The manual rotation and positioning kit is designed for workstations that require quick and easy handling of products, particularly when more than two conveyor lines converge and packages must be transferred from one line to another. It is compatible with 1.9" diameter roller conveyors and features 1" diameter stud mount ball casters set in a 1-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H x 10 gauge galvanized steel frame, providing a capacity of 65 lb. per ball. To order, determine the required ball table size by adding the between-frame width to two 1-1/2" frame sides for the overall width, and select the necessary capacity based on your needs. Additionally, the closer the centers are, the smaller the package size that can be accommodated.
