The ball transfer table is designed for products that require manual rotation or correct positioning, making it ideal for workstations where quick and easy handling is essential. It is also effective when more than two conveyor lines converge, allowing for the seamless transfer of packages from one line to another. The system is compatible with 1.9" diameter roller conveyors and features 1" diameter stud mount ball casters, which are set within a robust 1-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H x 10 gauge galvanized steel frame. Each ball caster has a capacity of 65 lb. The overall width of the table is determined by the sum of the between frame width and two 1-1/2" frame sides, while the necessary capacity of the table should also be considered during the ordering process.
