The Steel Wheel Riser, also known as a wheel ramp, is designed to enable trucks and semi-trailers to be properly positioned above docks, enhancing loading efficiency and maintaining a level trailer at loading docks. This loading dock wheel riser helps eliminate safety hazards associated with uneven dock ramps and is constructed to comply with OSHA requirements for a maximum 10% grade for loaded forklifts. It features an all-welded steel design with a non-skid diamond treadplate surface to ensure safety during use. The riser includes built-in fork pockets measuring 7" W x 2" H for easy portability with a forklift and adds 15" to the overall width of each riser. It has a durable brown enamel finish and is sold individually, with a capacity of 20,000 lbs. per riser (40,000 lbs. per pair). The 24" wide wheel risers are optimal for dual wheels on semi-trailers that are 18" wide.
