The Steel Wheel Riser and Wheel Ramp is designed to facilitate the proper positioning of trucks and semi-trailers above docks for more efficient loading, ensuring that trailers remain level during the loading process to eliminate safety hazards associated with uneven dock ramps. This loading dock wheel riser meets OSHA requirements for a maximum grade of 10% for ascending or descending loaded forklifts. Constructed from all-welded steel, the ramp features a non-skid diamond treadplate surface for enhanced safety. It includes built-in 7" x 2" fork pockets for easy portability with a forklift, while adding 15" to the overall width of each riser. The risers have a durable brown enamel finish and are sold individually, each having a capacity of 20,000 lbs. (40,000 lbs. per pair). Note that the 24" wide wheel risers are ideally suited for applications with dual wheels on semi-trailers that are 18" wide.
