Chase Doors Extra Heavy Duty Industrial Rated Impact Traffic Door is designed for years of reliable service in challenging environments, capable of withstanding motorized forklift traffic, refrigerated applications, and USDA and washdown requirements. The NSF certified door panel features a sturdy construction with a 1/4" thick rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene outer shell and a foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane foam core, providing corrosion resistance ideal for washdown applications without gaps or joint seams. The overall panel thickness measures 1-7/8", and the door's leading and back edges are reinforced with tubular steel for added durability. Each door panel includes 42"H black bumpers on both sides and a 20-1/2"W x 22-1/2"H window for enhanced visibility. The double-acting V-cam hinging system operates smoothly and is nearly maintenance-free due to its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly.
