The kit includes a forklift attachment designed for high and hard-to-reach objects, allowing for a quick and easy conversion of a forklift into a mobile pivoting boom lift. The telescoping boom adjusts horizontally from 84" to 147" in 7-1/2" increments and can be positioned vertically at five elevations up to 37 degrees (99-1/2") above horizontal. Key features include a 3' restraining chain with a grab hook, swivel hooks with safety latches, ten alternate hook positions, and a boom locking T-pin. Maximum load capacity on a single hook is 4000 lbs at the 36" hook position and 1750 lbs at the 146-5/8" hook position. The "S" dimension represents the distance from the center to center of the fork tine sleeves. Please note that OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of your truck for written approval prior to the use of any fork truck attachments.
