The Romotech 8 gallon plastic storage tank, model 82123879, is a domed tank with a flat bottom designed for the convenient dispensing of chemicals. Constructed of all-virgin, medium-density polyethylene, this storage tank features ultraviolet (UV) inhibiting stabilizers for enhanced durability during long-term outdoor storage and is FDA approved for the storage of potable water. It can hold liquids with a specific gravity of up to 1.7, excluding flammable liquids and hydrocarbons, and has a recommended maximum constant operating temperature of 140° F. This low profile design increases safety, and the translucent tank walls allow for visible content levels. Each tank includes one 5" fill opening, one drain, and measurements for gallon/liter graduation marks. It is important to note that if a liquid is designated to be stored only in glass containers, this tank should not be used for that purpose; however, any liquid approved for plastic storage is suitable for this tank.
