The Romotech 16 gallon plastic storage tank 82123889 features a domed top with a flat bottom, designed for the convenient dispensing of chemicals. Constructed from all-virgin, medium-density polyethylene, this tank includes ultraviolet (UV) inhibiting stabilizers for long-term outdoor storage and is FDA approved for the storage of potable water. It is suitable for containing liquids (excluding flammable liquids/hydrocarbons) with a specific gravity of up to 1.7, with a recommended maximum constant operating temperature of 140° F, as the molded polyethylene is rated for this temperature. The low profile design enhances safety, while the translucent tank walls allow for visible content levels. Each tank comes equipped with one 5" fill, one drain, and features gallon/liter graduation marks for easy measurement. Note that if a liquid is designated for storage solely in a glass container, this tank should not be used for that purpose; however, any liquid approved for plastic storage is suitable for this tank.
