This rugged equipment features a belt that operates at any angle, conforming to various curves, angles, and circular finishing and grinding operations. It is powered by a heavy-duty UL/CSA approved 1-1/2 HP TEFC motor, facilitating contour finishing, mitering, flat finishing, beveling, and precision finishing. The standard die-cast aluminum miter gauge allows for easy plain and compound miters, while the fully machined, balanced disc runs vibration-free. Additional attributes include an adjustable heavy-duty cast iron removable platen, a removable upper guard for contour finishing, and variable position locks that allow the belt head to adjust vertically, horizontally, and in between. The large cast iron slotted table, along with an adjustable dust collector and dust chute, ensures a cleaner work environment. Safety features include completely enclosed drums and a guarded sanding belt, and the machine is supported by a heavy-duty one-piece steel stand.
