The JET Industrial Combination Belt & Disc Finishing Machine is designed for high-speed precision and versatility, featuring a belt that operates at any angle and is capable of conforming to curves, angles, or circular finishing and grinding operations. This robust machine is powered by a heavy-duty 1-1/2 HP TEFC motor, allowing for contour finishing, mitering, flat finishing, beveling, and precision finishing. Equipped with a standard die cast aluminum miter gauge, it facilitates easy attainment of plain and compound miters. The fully machined balanced disc runs vibration-free, while the adjustable heavy-duty cast iron removable platen enhances usability. It includes a removable upper guard for contour finishing, and variable position locks enable the belt heads to adjust vertically, horizontally, and in between. The large cast iron slotted table, adjustable dust deflector, and dust chute improve efficiency, while the completely enclosed drums and guarded sanding belt ensure safety. The machine is built on a heavy-duty one-piece steel stand and comes standard with a 60 grit belt and disc.
