This large surface disc grinder from JET is designed to achieve a smooth finish or efficiently grind to remove stock on various materials in your shop. It features a tilting table capability, allowing flexibility of 45° forward and 15° backward with a positive lock rack and gear system. The table can be lowered below the disc to accommodate larger workpieces, and the precision table raiser utilizes a rack and gear mechanism for effortless operation. Additional attributes include a low voltage protection switch, a rigid column and heavy-duty base, a direct drive motor, and a miter gauge. The extra-large tilting table can be lowered completely below the disc, enabling the use of the entire disc surface, while the wrap-over guard enhances safety.
