The JTM-1 and 2 models feature a three-stage power down feed with auto stop, high precision class 7 spindle bearings, and the rugged stability of Meehanite castings, ensuring optimal performance. The kit includes a precision bored and honed milling head, a large diameter chromed quill, an internally cooled spindle head, and satin chrome finished dials. It is equipped with a heavy-duty spindle motor drive, a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, a heavy-duty spindle brake, and precision hardened and ground ways. The precision ground table allows for adjustable gibs throughout, while an internal coolant tank is built into the base for use with a coolant system (coolant pump not included). A tolerance test sheet, one-shot lubrication system, way covers, draw bar, and a toolbox with tools are also included. This equipment is backed by an industry-leading two-year warranty.
