The Jet JTM-1050 features Meehanite castings, a heavy-duty hardened and ground 10 x 50 table, and high precision class 7 precision bearings that support the spindle. It includes precision bored and honed milling heads to ensure quality cuts, alongside a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop for ease of use. The kit comes with chrome lead screws on the X and Y axes, boxed style ways on the Y and Z axes, and Turcite B on the X and Y axes. It has satin chrome finished dials, a large diameter quill that is chromed, and includes a spindle head that is internally cooled. Power connection is facilitated through a no fuse breaker, and the heavy-duty motor drive features a chrome plated motor shaft with bearing support at the end. Additionally, it has a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, a heavy-duty spindle brake, locks on all movable surfaces, and hardened and ground square vertical knee ways and cross ways with adjustable gibs throughout. The internal coolant tank is built into the base for use with a coolant system (coolant pump not included), and a tolerance test sheet is included. This product is backed by a two-year warranty.
