This guided actuator includes a cylinder integral to the thruster block and showcases a sleek body with a groove for switch mounting, optimizing space efficiency. The unit has a 1/8 NPT port size and does not require lubrication. It operates with a proof pressure of 213 PSI and a pressure range of 18 to 142 PSI, as well as a temperature range of 23 to 158°F. The actuator is double acting and utilizes clean/dry fluid air, with a bumper cushion type for added protection. It also features a non-rotate tolerance of ± 0.08°, a 32mm cylinder bore, and a 100mm cylinder stroke. The thrusters can be mounted using screws from various orientations or by employing T-slots located on the bottom.
