MFD's extruded thruster is a rugged, guided actuator with a cylinder integral to the thruster block, offering a clean and space-efficient package with a groove for switch mounting. The thrusters can be mounted using screws from the top, bottom, or base, or by employing T-slots located on the bottom. This actuator operates efficiently with no lubrication required and is rated for a proof pressure of 213 PSI, with a pressure range of 18 to 142 PSI and a temperature range of 23 to 158°F. It features a double-acting mechanism, utilizes clean and dry air fluid, and includes a bumper cushion type for enhanced performance.
