The Bimba-Mead Air Linear Guided Slide MTCM-40X125-S-T features a bronze bearing design with a 1/4 NPT port size, a 40mm bore, and a 125mm stroke. This rugged guided actuator incorporates a cylinder that is integral to the thruster block, allowing for a clean and space-efficient installation due to its top, bottom, or base screw mounting options, as well as T-slot compatibility on the bottom. It operates with a maximum proof pressure of 213 PSI and a pressure range of 18 to 142 PSI, suitable for fluid air (clean/dry) applications. The device functions within a temperature range of 23 to 158°F and is double acting with a bumper cushion type. Additionally, the internal bronze guide bearings provide enhanced performance in scenarios involving higher side loads and moments, with a non-rotate tolerance of ± 0.08°. The kit includes the actuator, and lubrication is not required for operation.
