The advanced formula of this cutting lubricant enables superior cutting performance, particularly when minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) is required. It is designed to extend tool life through the use of an extreme pressure lubricant that reduces frictional heat and prevents chip welding, resulting in an excellent workpiece finish. The synthetic, water-based formulation is clean and environmentally friendly, ensuring safety for both the shop and the operator. Additionally, it helps to reduce costs by eliminating disposal fees while utilizing only a few ounces per day. The lubricant offers optimum performance on ferrous metals and is particularly effective when used with Micronizer® systems for lubricating carbon/alloy steels and stainless steels, making it ideal for applications involving pipe and thin-walled tubing. Surfaces treated with this lubricant can also be welded and painted over.
