The GN 617.1 indexing plunger features a standard lock-out and nut design, with dimensions of 11.0x30.0N and a pressure rating of M16x1.5 thread, complemented by an 8x7mm pin. This indexing plunger is ideal for applications where the plunger must remain in its retracted position, achieved by rotating the knob 90 degrees after retraction. The plunger body is equipped with notches that prevent accidental slipping back into the forward position. The nylon plastic hand knob offers maximum heat resistance of 110°C (230°F). Key specifications include a threaded body made of steel with a black oxide finish, a hardened steel plunger pin, and a matte black glass fiber reinforced nylon plastic knob that is not removable. Additionally, both inch and metric size lock nuts are constructed from steel with a black oxide finish, complying with ANSI/ASME for inch size and DIN 439/ISO 4035 for metric size.
