GN 613-NI indexing plungers are crafted from stainless steel, offering a low-cost alternative designed with reduced dimensions, specifically for applications that require a custom knob or where the spindle is directly linked to an operating mechanism. The kit includes an indexing plunger with a threaded body made of stainless steel (European standard no. 1.4305), a plunger pin also made of stainless steel with a chemically nickel-plated finish, and a non-removable knob available in two versions: a matte black glass fiber reinforced nylon plastic (maximum heat resistance of 110°C or 230°F) and a stainless steel version (European standard no. 1.4305, American standard series 303). Additionally, a stainless steel lock nut (DIN 439/ISO 4035) is included. For an additional cost, a special installation tool for GN 613.1 is available. The dimensions and specifications make them ideal for a variety of applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
