The indexing plunger standard lock-out and nut is a black component with dimensions of 19.0 x 45.0 mm and features a pressure M20 x 1.5 thread and a 10 x 10 mm pin. The indexing plungers GN 617.1 are designed for applications where the plunger needs to remain in a retracted position, achieved by rotating the knob 90 degrees after retraction. The head of the plunger body includes notches in opposite positions to prevent accidental movement into the forward position. The nylon plastic hand knob can withstand temperatures up to 110°C or 230°F. The features include a threaded body made of steel with a black oxide finish, a hardened steel plunger pin, and a matte black glass fiber reinforced nylon plastic knob that is not removable. Additionally, it includes both an inch size lock nut and a metric size lock nut, both made of steel with a black oxide finish, complying with ANSI/ASME and DIN 439/ISO 4035 standards respectively.
