Indexing plungers GN 617-NI are standard units designed for a variety of indexing mechanisms. These units are available in Type G or GK, featuring threaded plunger ends that allow for custom knob designs as required by the customer, or for applications where the spindle is directly connected to an operating mechanism. The nylon plastic hand knob has a maximum heat resistance of 110°C or 230°F. Key features include a threaded body made of stainless steel (European Standard No. 1.4305, American Standard 303 Series), a chemically nickel-plated stainless steel plunger pin, a non-removable matte black glass fiber reinforced nylon plastic knob, a stainless steel knob conforming to European Standard No. 1.4305, and a stainless steel lock nut (DIN 439/ISO 4035).
